The theme of the third chakra is Empowerment, which comes from the ‘gut’ and moves us toward action. The third chakra is located where your core strength helps you move your limps, digest your food, and keeps your spine erect. The three lower chakras are considered the “root” chakras and work in harmony to keep your body running smoothly, grounded, yet still nimble and active.
