The seventh and highest, Crown Charka serves as a gateway to another energetic realm. When we pay attention to this chakra, we’re asking to connect with a higher Source and expand our capacity for compassion. This top chakra vibrates with the colors violet or silver, which shimmers to the edges with white or gold. When you experience a true connection to yourself, to others, to your community, to the world, and finally, to the Divine realm, your compassion grows and strengthens.

FOODS: Teas, remedies, sauces, and any purple foods. These foods and drinks compliment the rest of the chakra foods and are often have medicinal qualities and are lighter than the lower chakra foods.
