Kale, Quinoa, and Cantaloupe Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups of chopped kale

  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa

  • 2 cups of canteloupe

  • Honey mustard sauce: Dijon mustard, honey, rice wine vinegar, and soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Chop the kale

  • Cook the quinoa

  • Cut the cantaloupe

  • Mix the sauce together

  • Toss everything together
